By using Brin, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. Brin is operated from Australia. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What Brin provides
Brin organises health, fitness and context data, calculates personal baselines, and describes patterns in that information. Results depend on the measurements, permissions and context available and may be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate.
Not medical advice
Brin is for general information and self-reflection. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose or treat a condition, and is not a substitute for a qualified clinician. Do not use Brin for an emergency or to delay professional care. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.
Your account and data
Provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and tell us if you believe the account has been compromised. You control the permissions and providers you connect. You remain responsible for information you record, export or share. Brin does not claim ownership of your health information.
Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the service, interfere with its security or operation, or attempt unauthorised access.
- Do not use Brin to violate another person’s privacy, intellectual-property rights or applicable law.
- Do not reverse engineer or redistribute Brin except where the law expressly permits it.
Connected services
Apple Health, Supabase, Resend, WHOOP, Withings and other connected services are operated by third parties. Their availability and terms are outside Brin’s control. You can disconnect optional providers at any time.
Availability and changes
We may update, add, remove or suspend features to improve Brin, maintain security, meet platform requirements or comply with law. We will take reasonable care but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law guarantees. To the extent permitted by law, Brin is provided without other warranties and its operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, Brin.
Ending use
You may stop using Brin at any time. Delete the Brin login from Account and local health history separately from Privacy & Data. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security or legal requirements.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Questions can be sent to privacy@getbrin.com.
